Ladies and Gentlemen, Meet our Future!
On February 17, 2007, Seven Children of the Confederacy Chapters from across the state of Florida participated in the 31st annual Olustee Parade in downtown Lake City.

These Children helped make this Parade a success by showing their Southern Pride to the large crowds that gathered to watch them.


Officers who attended the Parade included: Michael Radcliffe President FL.Div.CofC, Martin McRae First VP FL Div. CofC, Courtney Spargur Third VP FL Div. CofC, Elizabeth Harper Secretary FL. Div. CofC, Rebecca Harper Chaplain FL. Div. CofC, Matthew Harding Custodian FL. Div. CofC
Members from these Chapters attended: Old Joe’s Rebels #883, Marion Hornets #806, Black Hawk Cavalry #856, Daniel M. Vaden #944, Lee’s Legacy #946,Canaveral Light Stars and Bars #891, Gertrude B. Mathews #408
How proud Mrs. Tom Brown (Ann) President FL Div UDC, Mrs. Phillip M. Zimmerle (Rita) Second VP FL. Div. UDC, and Mrs. Jim Davis (Judy) Third VP FL. Div. UDC, Chapter Directors from across the state, and parents were to watch these fine children riding in the CofC Wagon representing their ancestors. Many of their ancestors, fought in this 1864 battle.
